As the world adapts to COVID-19 as the new normal, patient organisations are focused now more than ever on ensuring continuity of support to patient groups affected by this pandemic. Where healthcare resources are over-stretched during this crisis, support is presented in the form of maintaining and improving engagement and communication to ensure patients continue to have access to healthcare.
