Prepare for a virtual interview
While we socially distance ourselves, chances are the hiring and onboarding processes will be all virtual. Make sure you’re at ease with the different online meeting programs and that the set-up is right (i.e. background, light, camera and microphone).

Think short term if you need to supplement your income
You may consider looking for a part-time or remote position that is outside of your field until you get an offer. Who knows, perhaps you’ll find a career path you wouldn’t have necessarily imagined otherwise.
