Laura McKeaveney assumed the role of Head, Global Patient Advocacy, Novartis International in October 2016. In this position, she has overall leadership of the Patient Advocacy strategy and agenda across all group companies. Previously as the Head Global Human Resources, Pharma, she was responsible to support the delivery of the Pharma strategy by driving a progressive people and organizational agenda, which focused on cultural transformation, diversity and inclusion, talent management and capability building for both the business and the HR function. Laura has over twenty-five years’ experience in the pharma and medical device industry.
