ZEPATIER Health Literate packaging project involved the creation of a health literate, patient-friendly label in collaboration, internally, among the labeling team, health literacy, legal, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and market research, and with external participation from Emory/Northwestern University and the FDA. The objective was to use health literacy principles to improve comprehension, and to thereby improve adherence and to enable better communication among patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional.
